Terms of use
The terms for using Echosphere. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Who we are
Echosphere is published by ECHOSPHERE APP (NINEA 012626274), a business registered in Dakar, Senegal, at Cité Keur Gorgui, PLLE N° 723, Dakar, Senegal. In these terms, “we” means ECHOSPHERE APP and “the app” means the Echosphere apps for iOS and Android and this website.
Using the app
Echosphere is free. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
The news you read
Echosphere gathers headlines and summaries from publishers and links to the original articles. Those articles belong to their publishers, and opening one takes you to the publisher’s own site under its own terms. Summaries and translations in the app are produced automatically and can contain mistakes, so check the original article before relying on it.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the app: no attempting to break or overload the service, no scraping or reselling its content, and no using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
How your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time; the account deletion page explains how.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, ECHOSPHERE APP is not liable for losses that come from using the app or from relying on the news it shows.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Senegal.
